Asda's Extra Special Blackthorn Dry-Cured Smoked Salmon

We were blown away when approached by Young's Seafood for their NPD with creating the extra special smoked salmon for Asda  last Christmas. It is lovely to be asked we thought, but we can not compete on price given the time and precision that we take when making Blackthorn. However, the resulting dry-cured smoked salmon was just too good to ignore and so here we have it, this Christmas, at a supermarket near you, there is a Blackthorn Salt Dry-Cured Smoked Salmon on the shelves, it is incredibly moreish.
